The name of my song is I won't back down. the artist is Tom Petty and the heartbreaers. I choose these lyrics because I can relate this to all the choices.I chose to connect them to myself, the themes of the novel, and the society we live in.

I am Connecting this to the themes of the novel. I won't back down that is a part in the song I can resate that to the theme because that is what Armpit is doing they are throwing abstecles in his way but he won't back down.

I can connect this to myself because I because I will stand my ground and that is one part of the song. There is a pitcher in my baseball league that throws about 80 miles an hour. I used to be scared but if you don't back down he will be scared to throw strikes.

I can connect this to the society we live in because, if you give up you will end up as a homeless person on the street.

I think from this song I will now listen to the lyrics better and will try to relate them to me.
